Hi there! 

I am Jess and I am a pre-licensed therapist. I have lived my whole life in Helena, Montana. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Carroll College. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling at Adler Graduate School. Growing up in this community, I have firsthand knowledge of the importance of accessible mental health services here. I have a passion for working with couples and families in order to foster skills that bring more fulfilling communication and connection. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and strengths based. As a therapist, one of my main focuses is creating a safe, empathetic relationship and environment for the therapeutic process. I believe we have the ability to grow and flourish. I want to help people explore all aspects of life through identifying, growing, and utilizing their own strengths when navigating challenges and meeting their goals. 

In my free time you can find me at a sewing machine, with a book, or enjoying time with family. I met my wonderful husband during my time at Carroll and am a mother to two small children.
