Empowering Birth Prenatal Consultation

You, Your Partner, Your Baby

Empowering Birth is a service of 3 personalized sessions with Rebekah to discuss labor, delivery, and postpartum. This personalized service is wonderful for many situations including:

·        If you do not have a birth doula, but would like some support in preparation

·        if you have a birth doula, but would like more prenatal support

·        If you are having a hospital birth, home birth, birth center birth, or c-section

·        If you are a first time mama, or if this is not your first rodeo

Session One- You

In our first session, you, your birth partner and I will explore your birth preferences, resources catered to your needs, and education on how birth can be empowering, not something to just “get through.”

Session Two- Your Partner

Our second session, we will all discuss how your partner can play an active role in labor and delivery. We will explore your partner’s preferences, and comfort care for active labor.

Session Three- Your Baby

Our third session will discuss all things postpartum! From physical care, to boundaries with family and ways to prepare for the “fourth trimester.”
